We took over the Loriston Guest House in 2007 after running a very successful Hotel in Torquay. At the Loriston bed and breakfast we intend to give 5 star quality accommodation and service at an affordable price. We were awarded the prestigious 5 Star Silver award from Visit Britain
Patrick is the decorator and I am the designer so between us we have set about completely refurbishing the Loriston. Whether you are going on holiday or business you can relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
At the Loriston you can have bed and breakfast. We have a breakfast award for the last three years
The Loriston Guest House is well situated for all amenities being only 40 meters from the promenade and beach. It is a great base for seeing all the sights that Sussex has to offer. All bedrooms are non-smoking and individually designed with good quality beds and furnishings.
Breakfast is served in our light and airy dining room. There is a good choice of breakfast from traditional full English to a lighter option. All special diets are catered for by prior arrangement.

For your safety we have installed an up to date fire alarm system. We are also totally non-smoking.
