Our beautiful eastbourne guest house, bed and breakfast comprises of:
Double, single, twin, and superior rooms which are all en-suite mostly with power showers
All rooms are well equipped with good quality beds, linen, bathrobes, large fluffy towels, tea/coffee tray, toiletries, radio clock alarm, flat screen freeview tv’s, free WIFI. Superior rooms have side sea view larger beds and double power showers.
We also have ironing facilities (no irons to be brought into bedrooms)
Free Internet Accsess in all bedrooms.

The Lushington
Large luxury room with double en-suite power shower, bath robes, large fluffy towels, hairdryer, 2 leather arm chairs, tea/coffee tray, radio clock alarm, 40in flat screen free view TV, mineral water 7ft bed. This room has a high Victorian ceiling and side sea views. Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style.

All our rooms have free wireless Internet access.
All rooms offer the same facilities but there are two large superior rooms with large double shower rooms both with side sea views.
Superior Twin and large Superior Rooms one with 7ft bed other with 6ft bed.

In our contempary dining room with leather chairs soft background music and wood floors we offer a delicious freshly cooked full English breakfast. we have a breakfast award from visit britian for the last 2 years
