We offer short breaks, business trips, or even longer stays . Plenty of parking available at all times, with no restrictions on our street and the streets nearby situated in a quiet area, only 40 meters from the beach.

The Loriston is a small boutique B&B, all rooms are en-suite, non-smoking and individually decorated and furnished to a high standard with flat screen TV’s, bathrobes, very good quality beds and linen, large soft towels, hair-dryers tea/coffee tray and free Internet access.
Although we are 5 star silver rated, for what we offer we don’t charge 5 star prices.
At our lovely award winning bed and breakfast Eastbourne you will receive a very warm welcome from your hosts Patrick and Gwen with a complimentary tea tray on arrival.
We have also been awarded a 5 Star Silver award rating by Visit Britain, we was also given a breakfast award in December 2010,2011 and 2012 in addition to this we have been awarded for the third year running first place for the Eastbourne bay in Blooms competition.
About Eastbourne
Our guest house Eastbourne is situated in a quiet location only 40 meters from the beach and promenade. We are walking distance to the town centre and all amenities Eastbourne has to offer.
Eastbourne has a protected climate, as we are in a 10 mile bay from Beachy Head in the west, to Hastings the 1066 country to the east. Close by is the ancient town of Rye with its cobbled streets and quaint shops and tea rooms.
Three of the best eating place in the area is right on our doorstep.
There are four theatres to choose from, and some very good tribute bands being held at the bandstand.
For walkers, Eastbourne is at the eastern end of the South Downs way starting with Beachy Head, the views are simply breath-taking, and there is a bus service to aid the stroller who does not want to undertake long walks.
